Deposits and Cancellations Policy

Deposit Terms & Conditions

Deposits amounts are taken at Euphorias discretion

Payment Methods

The following payment methods ARE accepted

  • Beem (preferred)

  • Bank transfer 

  • Prezzie App

  • Direct deposit at Commbank Smart ATM

  • Through the booking page on Euphorias website​

The following payment methods ARE NOT accepted

  • PayID

  • A screenshot of a bank transfer

​Money must be cleared into Euphorias account before service provided.

Please allow 24 hours for bank transfers

​Cancellation by client 

  • Deposits are non-refundable. 

  • Money towards flights, accommodation, transport is non-refundable.

  • Incall deposits cannot be moved to an alternate date. 

  • Outcall deposits may be rescheduled if 72 hours notice has been given

Cancellation by Euphoria

  • Deposit may be moved to an alternate date

  • Deposit may be used for digital services

  • Deposit can be refunded at the earliest possible time (usually immediately - within 48 hours)

  • Deposits can be held for a future date for a maximum of 6 months. After that the deposit will be forfeited

 

Please note: Deposits paid by online bank transfers will need to provide BSB and account number for direct deposit at a branch, or, an alternate method of refunding due to privacy. This refund method may take up to 7 days.

Cancellation during booking by client

  • ​No refunds are given for leaving early

  • No refunds are given for arriving late and shortening the booking

 

Cancellation during booking by Euphoria

  • No refunds of deposit or any money paid towards the booking are given for failing an STI health check 

  • No refunds of deposit or any money paid towards the booking are given for cancellation due to unsafe behaviour. This includes but is not limited to; excessive intoxication from drugs or alcohol, violence, boundary pushing, repeatedly requesting natural services, stealthing, intimidation, performing acts outside of the service booked.

Extraordinary Circumstances

If neither party is able to attend the booking due to an extraordinary and unexpected event or circumstance beyond their control such as war, strike, riot, epidemic, sudden law changes, a negotiation will take place to reach one of the solutions below which is satisfactory to both parties: 

  • Deposit may be moved to an alternate date

  • Deposit may be used for digital services

  • Deposit can be refunded at the earliest possible time (usually immediately - within 48 hours)

  • Deposits can be held for a future date for a maximum of 6 months. After that the deposit will be forfeited

Extraordinary circumstances does not include personal emergencies
